1987 300sdl Two hot relays in Fuse box

Any ideas... took car out of storage ... battery pretty dead

ONLY started when jumped-- + to + and Negative jump to Ground on chassis

If I went neg to Negative... car gave me ZILCH...

Started and drove around about an hour-
Noticed NO radio working/power... and two HOT relays H and I
And fuse #15 burnt out

replaced 15 fuse for Lamps/antenna/seat control/ dome lites central locking/ and more

Got home-- turned off... tried to start-- zilch... jumped Neg to neg... Zilch.
Jumped Neg to Ground... turned right over...

same- NO radio
Fuse ok
Hot Relays-- H, I

Car off-- battery showed about 6 Volts

Is it as simple as dead battery?? I think NOT... Kinda thinking short to ground... Why would H and I be so HOT?

Check things that operate when the key is off. Like the power seats. A button may be stuck.

6V on battery is dead, with the car off should be 11-12V, car on over 13V.
Check your ground points first, clean them, may be a bad ground.
