om606 alternator pulley tool?

There is/was a tool rental section here, but it seems dormant. Does any kind member have the special splined tool to remove the alternator pulley that they would rent?

Asking in advance because I have an annoying vibration at the tensioner and the newly replaced tensioner shock is really hot. While it seems to have made the tensioner "steadier" the vibration sounds the same. I am suspecting its the alternator (NOT-oap freewheel type) pulley that I replaced about 7 years ago. Back then the pulley gave out and toasted the alternator. Seems like its coming to the end of its life.
