2006 CDI W211 chassis.

I am replacing the transverse control arm, it is behind the lower control arm, do I need to do an alignment afterwards? Part # 211-330-81-07 and 211-330-82-07.

Judging by where it is located by looking at diagrams I'd say no. Could the alignment change a little from busing wear yes, keep an eye on tire wear but I think you'll be good-to-go.
