W123 manual sunroof sliders and feet

I'm doing maintenance on the manual sunroof on my 1983 300d as the drains were plugged up and the roof didn't open properly.

Now that I have it apart, it looks like some of the little plastic/felt doodads on the panel have gone missing. However I'm not 100% sure which pieces I need to replace and the diagrams I've found only help so much.

I'm wondering if anyone has a photo of the sunroof panel showing the plastic sliders ("jaws") and felt feet orientation in all four corners...or if they can describe the placements to me?

Currently I have two intact plastic sliders on the FL and FR (matching part # : 115-780-00-83) and no felt feet anywhere. I can't tell if the plastic sliders on the RL and RR should be exactly the same or if they're different (or if my model only needs 2?) I also am not sure if I need felt feet just in the front or also in the back.

One of my rollers is also busted -- it looks like the plastic has cracked off on one side, leaving only the metal. Honestly, I'm wondering if I can just wrap that roller in electrical tape or something so that its even with the other side.

Not sure if this is allowed in this forum but if anyone has extra doodads that they want to sell, they are outrageously priced on eBay etc so I'm in the market!
