Kickdown Solenoid 722.117 '82 240D
Okay, I tried searching and had no joy .
My slushbox doesn't kick down so I tested the foot switch, it's fine, I next applied power to the solenoid it draws power but doesn't click . Can I remove this in the car ? . Details please . Peach Parts doesn't seem to carry the switch new so maybe someone has a dead / spare parts tranny I get scavenge one from ? . Is it the same part as 5 cylinder 722 trannies ? . TIA,
