It must be really very strange to go from one of your cars to the other.....if you forget which one you are in for even an instance, you could get into serious trouble.

Nice! That's a rather unusual color and I like it! I didn't know that Mercedes offered that color for the W123.

BTW, speaking about confusing cars, I drove a Ford Taurus after not touching any other car but the 300CD for a long time and I drove really fast and the Taurus felt so powerful.

That car is not mine, it's owned by a forum member called andy. He sent me the pictures when I asked him for them.
I hope he doesn't mind that I repost them..
his e-mail address is bubbastain@hotmail.com

This is mine.. rather dull :p
Also I'll try and find a better background next time..

Hey those rims look good on that car.

THey also look good on EUROCOUPE's 190E. Nice color too, I like it. Looks sharp.

Holson, can you post a picture of my car with the rims on it?

Thanks,

Austin

Nice sled KW. Only question, what's all that green stuff in the backdrop???? :p

I saw a 1983 (I think '83) 300D Turbo for sale a long time ago in that color, very distinctive and I really liked it. I wish I knew then what I know now, because back then I couldn't justify spending 6.5K on a 14 year old car (even though it only have 70K miles). Shoulda, woulda, coulda, but I didn't.

kdubbu,

Nice looking auto. I also have a 83' 300 CD. Between Holson and your car, I have a lot of work to do to catch up. I notice that your antenna is up. Did you have your radio in when you were taking pictures or do you suffer the same problem with a bad antenna motor as I do? Really sharp looking ride......

thanks

Holson,

Thanks for posting them for me. I need to figure out how to host my own stuff.

All,

Check out the tires...Michelin Pilot Sport AS THey are awesome riding, way better than stock.

The wheels and tires costed more than my car did.

Austin

It appears that the gray CD above has had it's headlight surrounds painted to match the body: a nice look if you don't want to spring for euro lights, I really like it!
What about the longevity of paint on plastic, any problems?
