three ton JEGS floor jack having problems....

Filled the three ton JEGS floor jack with jack oil then bled the system. Now when I turn the handle either counter-clockwise or clockwise the handle doesn't reach a full stop. The handle will rotate either way indefinitely.

any ideas on what I might be able to do to repair it?
