Service B - Mercedes W 211

My 2008 Mercedes Benz Bluetec Service B warning came on.
As it was passed 90 days (car was not in use) when I was to reset the warning it did not reset.
When I got to "confirmation" it stayed there not going to the next step.
Any idea why it happened?
Any suggestion to get the "service B cleared?
