ML350 OM642 - Regeneration every 4-5 Miles

Hi guys,

I have a 2012 ML350 Bluetec, and it seems as if its regenerating every 4 miles. It seems to be in constant regeneration. I have a brand new original DPF sensor and hoses but seems to still constantly regenerating. I have uploaded a link with a short drive, right during regeneration in the beginning and then once it goes to 0% fill level, how quickly it starts to fill up, which appears to be within 4 or 5 miles. Highway driving is also the same. Can someone please help me? Does this seem normal? Thank you in advance for all your help guys!

UPDATE: Towards the end of the video, I also got the following check engine lights

The soot content of the diesel particulate filter is implausible.

The positive control deviation during exhaust gas recirculation control is too high.

Id start by cleaning the DPF.
