Unhappy No, or Very Little Heat

I am not getting very much heat now that it is getting cold.
I would like to completl1 am not getting very much heat in my ’82 300D now that it is getting cold.
I would like to completely trace the heating control system.
Does anyone have any vacuum line drawings that they would share to aid in this?
I have heard that this information is on the repair CD, if anyone has this CD let me know
What is available?

Robert

Searched "monovalve" and checked it, it works just like it should.
It modulates open or closed based on input from the temp wheel.
I would like to find the vaccum diagrams to make sure all dampers
are working like they should.

Heres a question:
If the damper that allows the center vents is fixed to always stay open, will the air pass through the heater core?

Back in the summer I could not fix the diapraghm, so I used a tiny
clamp on the arm to stay open. This way the cold AC blew through the center vents. I might try removing the clamp and fixing the daiphragm.

Keeping center vents open should have no effect on the heat. It only diverts some of the hot air out of the center. If you can fix that center vacuum diaphragm without removing the dash, let the rest of us know how to do it.
