Interior door handle/armrest for 81' 300SD

Wow, two posts in one day....Would anyone happen to know a good source (reasonable cost) for buying the driver's side door armrest? Specifically I am looking for one that is palimino. The plastic surrounding the screws holding it in place is pretty much on the last legs.
