Thumbs up Hey, this Seafoam stuff works pretty good

Hello Folks,

I went and got everything that I need to change the oil in my 240D and thought I might just try some of that Seafoam stuff. I figured since I was going to change the oil in the morning what could it hurt?

I poured 8 ounces into the oil fill hole and fired her up. She ran great, as usual. Well, since Seafoam can be used in the fuel I poured the remaining 8 ounces into a half tank of fuel and drove her on a 60 mile trip tonight and noticed some positve differences in the performance of the car. She didn't bogg down as bad as she usually does going up a slight hill and she didn't smoke nearly as bad. In fact, I had to floor her to make her smoke!!! No exagerating! I am pretty impressed. Well, I am impressed. The pretty part is up for debate I am sure.

Have any of you guys had good results from Seafoam or is it a fluke and I am just psycologically fooled?
