Found under driver floor mat -- What are they?

Found these while replacing the accel. pedal and pulling up the floor mat.

Any idea what they are?

If they are made of a soft foam material and are about 3-4 inches long, I'd say evaperator case drain tubes.

Actually, ewstan, I forgot to originally post more info about them.

They are approx. 1" long and Yes, they are a *firm* pliable material....sorta like rubber hose material.

This still sound like evap case drain tubes?
