Car starts faster when its cold than when its warm ?
I have left this car(1980 300D) outside over night before and it started on the first crank with frost on the roof. But once the the car has warmed up it takes like 3 of 4 cranks of starter (WA WA WA WA)to fire up. Any ideas? Thanks & God Bless Matt (SD,CA)

Wait 10-20 seconds after the glow plug light goes out before starting. My car does the same thing, but if I wait it tends to start right up.
