Replace Plastic Front on 98 E300

Last night, I was pulling into a parking spot with one of those pieces of concrete at the end. I got a bit too close and hooked the lower portion of my front end on a piece of rebar sticking up through the top of the concrete. When I pulled back, I broke some of the lower black plactic. This plastic attaches to another colored piece of plastic which matches the car. I may have to replace both, but definitely will have to replace the bottom black. Does anyone know what this piece is technically called and where to purchase.

I hope you can replace it without needing a main bumper cover.
you should also check the tow hook cover to verify it is still
tight and locked in the bumper completely. when the bumpers get
jolted, these things can fall out later.

I will need the front bumper lower valence panel. A piece of the main bumper cover cracked, near the fog light, but that is the only visible damage. I believe at least one of the attaching pieces on the main bumper cover which allows the front bumper lower valence panel to connect is busted. I hope this does not mean I will need both of the pieces.
