I've read that a person should stay away from the Vito.

Why? That Vito looks kinda sweet. A 2.3L kompressor (super charger?) with the 5 speed. The cloth seat color is bad though...

That's weird that they called it a Kompressor...according to the rest of the ad, it's a 2.3l turbo diesel.

If I could afford it, I'd bid on that van...if it got the same mileage as my 300D, I could really use a good people-hauler...

Fuel economy would be comparable if not better to yours, I'd expect. Since it's a newer and smaller engine. It would just be neat to have because of what's under the hood. I think that is what makes my little car so fun.

Background car!

Has anyone noticed the car in the background on the first photo of the 170D? It looks like the old fintail but it's a wagon!!

I thought it was a Rambler Wagon--but you're right. It has Mercedes hubcaps.
