Injection pump and MAS

94 S350
Dealer installed new MAS and a rebuilt injection pump and replaced head gasket. now the car shakes while ideling and occasionally it feels like something cuts out and rpm drops for a second also clatters like hell my old 83 wasn't this loud. what could be wrong?
