Hi all,

i need to replace the rear glass in my 83 300SD. I got a used rear glass from a 86 420SEL from a junkyard, but I am not sure if it is the right size. I tried ordering a new seal for the glass, but the part number for the 300SD and 420 SEL are different. i did notice that the aluminum trim for the 420SEL is a bit smaller than on the 300SD. So my question is: does anyone know if the window size on the 83 300SD and 86 420SEL are the same? maybe the seal is just different for the trim?
