Power steering and steering box.
I found invoices from this year in the glovebox for almost $3000.00 for these 2 parts including installation. Is this possible????????????

The parts look new, so it makes sense.
 The price sure as heck doesn't, though. Going by Fastlane, the parts should have cost a bit more than $800, which sounds to me like the shop that did it may have padded the labor cost 'cause of the "It's a Mercedes; the owner can afford it" mentality. Unfortunately, it seems that most shops have that attitude (in my experience, it's actually very easy to work on these cars, compared even to my Ford IDI), which is why many people on this board tend to DIY.
