Isabel evacuation update

Well I am back, safe and sound to Knotts Island. My house had no damage, just some missing shingles. The first night, wednseday, I spent in a wal-mart parking lot with about 20 other evacuees in Raliegh NC. The next day I got a pets allowed room in Chapel Hill. Checked in and lost power about 2 hours later. Just a little rain and lght wind. Coming home on Friday morning I passed 4 convoys of about 40 utility trucks each, Georgia, Florida, Louisianna, and Texas all coming to the region to help get power restored.

The benz ran fine getting 33 mpg but the seats are not meant for the long haul. No lumbar support, my back was killing me and my non self padded butt was also pretty sore.
