Valve Between Vacuum Pump and Brake Booster

I have a 1987 300TD. I tried to recharge my A/C today and broke part of the little vacuum valve that is in the middle of the hose from the Vacuum Pump to the Brake Booster. Now my car will not shut off. I called the dealer and they said it is about $42 and that I would have to come in and pay for it first and then wait a few days.
I'm not sure they quoted me the right part. Does anyone have the part number? I looked on the parts CD, but could not find it anywhere. Also, do they sell this part alone or is it part of the hose?

Thanks,

I shut off the engine with the manual STOP lever so I won't run out of gas (I had a full tank you know!). I ordered the hose and should receive it early next week. Thanks for you help!
