Acting weird
Last night when I went to drive home, I noticed that the gauge cluster illuminators were not working. And the speedometer needle was really fluttering where before it was steady. When used the turn signal later the lights came back on and they were really well lit where before they were always quite dim. strange? Loose connection?

The speedo on your car is cable driven. There is a vehicle speed sensor on the back that makes electrical pulses for various systems on the car.
Light issues in the cluster is a classic ground problem. I don't know how the two are related.
