it has 189,513 miles on it. i have owned it for about 6 months now. the carpet could use a cleaning. the dash has a few minor cracks. the drivers seat has been replaced with a black one for some reason. the interior is tan.the cc i am not sure about since i have never tested it. the ac all works but needs freon

In a hot climate such as Arizona or Florida, maximum for a car without Air Conditioning is $1000. Lots of us here have seen lots of Mercedes with broken air conditioners needing MUCH more than freon. We usually assume they need a compressor and possibly an evaporator.

If you were in my area, that car would probally be in the $2500-$3000 price range, but people are stupid here . I looked at a car in much worse shape than you have described and the owner was wanting $4000 for it, but the AC blew semi-cold air...

Bill is right. Service records mean alot. Seeing stupid little stuff like pads and rotors and oil changes written down tells alot.
