diesel purging an e300td -606 engine
Any help on how to diesel purge my 606 engine would be appreciated.

Better Late Than Never...
Yes, it can be done, but it is a PITA compared to the old engines. On my 124 chassis with the 606, I took out the windshield washer reservoir, and located the two rubber fuel lines that attach to the metal lines near the firewall leading from (and to) the fuel tank. Pull off the lines and dunk them both into the Diesel Purge can, and bombs away. Don’t mix up the fuel lines up when you replace them!

Thanks Runningtohot, I did the purge already by just filling the filter up twice with DP. The next time I will give your system a try.
