AC Wow's - 85 W123

Last summer got new expansion valve; and compressor and receiver/drier, twice.

This year, no cold air. See frothy stream in R/D sight glass.

Climate control switches have a glich now. If "off" is depressed, AC clutch engages. Clutch engages on both AC settings too. Clutch does not engage when using economy setting.

Is fault AC system or climate control module?
