Rust Colored Water??

noticed my car has been running a little hotter when sitting at idle for over 5 or ten minutes....yesterday i went to check the coolant level and all the water in there was a nasty rust color....is my radiator shot? or is it possible to just flush it out? the car hasnt gotten over 100 degrees at any time, but it gets close to it...help!

I found a similar problem with my car in December, and I think the problem was that someone had put a bunch of Bars Stop-Leak in. Unfortunately, it's a bear to clean out...I flushed my system no fewer than 5 times and still have stuff in there
