Arrow Help please 1980 300D

1. I just install a new trunk lid lock now it won't open how can I open my trunk ?

2. I just install a motor for the sun roof the motor runs but won't move the sunroof it will open if you turn it by hand ?

key in the down position-locked. key in horizonal position-follows
lead of vacuum door locks. key in up (ccu) position-unlock. keep
playing. cycle through the door locks several times. when you get it open, file smooth any nicks or rough spots on the mechanism.

sunroof- take off the cover at the hand crank. underneath is a smaller cover over a bolt, tighten the bolt.

Also there were originally two keys to an MB, one is the 'valet' key and does not work the trunk or glove box. Be sure you are using the correct one. Of course if you are attempting to use the one that came with the new lock, it should work fine?!?

Thanks you I play and play with it and at last it open I see now how it work the car don't have vacuumm locks but it is setup for it you need to have vacuumm at the lock
