1987 300TDT - missing a fuel return?

i have a short section of hose/tube on the last injector near the firewall that is leaking fuel. it is the diameter of a matchstick, and is squirting up, i think.

sorry i do not have a photo. is this a return line or pressure relief that is not returning to the IP or tank?

Their is supposed to be a plug in their, you can get it under $2 from Fastlane or the dealer. A nail would work very well in the mean time.
