Door Lock Nobs

I have a 1979 300D that is in great condition, but I am having problems with getting the nobs back on the rear door locks because they came twisted off as now I can't get them on or open the back doors. Same problem with my driver's door which has keyless entry, I can't get the nob to twist on or anything as I have to try and find the lock to lock the door everytime.
