vaccuum advice?

I'm trying to sleuth out a new vaccuum issue on the 300D and was hoping my symptoms might spark someone's memory. I didn't see the right reference while searching.

The vac line through the firewall to the back of the dash to the egnition cut off recently popped loose. I plugged it back into the hole, fixing the problem. but... now, even though the line is in it's hole it seems there is a leak because the engine will not shut off right away.. If I don't shut it off manually, it will eventually shut off after 30-45 seconds or so.

At the same time, the drivers side rear door is now unwilling to lock/unlock, and the transmission seems like there might be a difference in downshifting points. (though, this could be mental error, as I usually drive the sdl...)

it seems like a vac leak to me, but where can I start looking, and do you think the issues could be related to the same leak?

Thanks so much for your help!
Kevin
