240D Int/Exh Turbo Manifold

I am wondering if the exhaust manifold and intake manifold from a '75 240D would fit on an '81 240D? This is for a turbo conversion. I think if the exhaust manifold will bolt on, it would be less welding for placing a turbo flange on that manifold.
