FI,
Not arguing w/ experience, just trying to figger it out. So the droplets are small enough to stay suspended in the flow, and if it does stagnate out at the leading edge of the airfoil, it's just small enough to have neglible effect then?

There is no liquid in the CCV vent, its all vapor.
