Cool spoiler. I've only ever seen this type before.

Where did you get it?

Did you alter one for a sedan or is it from a different make? It looks like an AMG type spoiler but it looks like it could be something from a SAAB too.

Does that help keep your real wheels planted during those high-speed turns?

Lord yes. I don't know how I even was able to break the double nickel without it. Yes it's a AMG product specifically designed for the w123T(X). Here's my superchromium high performance shifter surround. I know it helps the turbo spool quicker than before. It's a gen-u-wine MB product. (from a earlier more powerful model, lol.)

I sold William that spoiler. It is a genuine AMG piece, and a rare variation at that. I've seen the spoiler type that is published in the AMG catalog.. and the one he now has is not the same. The one he's got has an area on the underside thats stamped AMG with VESTATEC's info and so forth. A rare piece... and looks great.
Surely it adds a couple of ponies to the hp figure and helps tremendously with aerodynamics when cruising at 125+mph

Yeah, but does it at all compensate for the extra drag of those crossbars?

I think from a w115 but not sure. 1970's model mid level chassis cause it fits perfectly.

I'd to have a spoiler like that. The Outback we owned had one and it did a great job keeping dirt off the rear window.

The gauges flip downward and there is the ashtray and the buttons for the forward firing heat seeking missiles, the rear parachute, and the eject buttons for all the seats.
