Yup, I get the plumbing, it's the attaching the parts so they're stable that's gonna require some custom brackets and welding.
|
Well hows it going ?

|
Very nice job!
I have just got a 606 to go into my W123....--I know, dont larf! Got meself a 603 IP to replace the elect. 606 pump, and a W124 722.3? trans, from W124 300TD... (Closest thats obtainable here in UK that will reasonably easily fit....) Just need to get some W126 300SE engine-mount arms, then make some spacers.... I was interested in how you set up your throttle-linkage, difficult to see in those pics.... I'm guessing you used the original W140 trans that was on the rod-bender? |
Boost
Anyone know how much lbs of boost I can run with my setup ! I turned the boost control to about 14 psi ! with good results !
|
Stock turbo is SO small on the 606, much more than 15 PSI will prolly cause excess EMP and engine bogging....
Best bet if you're after power is dump it inc the awful exhaust-manifold and fit summit bigger and better....:) |
