What to do to the IP? (MW)

My engine is on a stand and my IP in on the bench. What should I do to my IP?

I've been reading about modifying the IP... Removing the rack limiter, tuning the elements and torque control. I've been reading these things for the last 4 years never with the time to actually do anything to my car. now that I have my engine on the stand and I'm ready to make a few adjustments, I can't find any of the info that I was reading in years back... How do you remove the rack limiter? How do you tune the elements? How do you adjust the torque control?

I've searched this forum and others, and there are many references to these procedures, but I can't find the posts that actually describe the procedures. I'm normally pretty good whit finding info... Did this information get lost in the mix somewhere, or have I gone crazy
