Today I removed the full load rack off of a 1985 MB 300SD Turbo Diesel, I did everything by the book so I could get full power but now I have a runaway.

Luckily I had a friend stand by the turbo with a small piece of wood to cut the air to the engine

I can't find out what I did wrong. I even had pictures of what to take out. It looks the same but it didn't work soooo I need help ASAP

I have a baby on the way and to make matters worse it's my girls car AND SHE IS PISSED!!!!

My ass is on the line please HELP!!!
