So what about a time frame for the meet? We need to make reservations for the ferry. I'll bring my wife and my 8 year old son. Is there anything else we can bring except for the Mercedes? (food, drinks, etc...?)

Usualy these GTG's start around 10-11ish, but of course the time is set by the host.

10 AM as a kick off time sounds just fine. That will give plenty of time to gather and chat while food is being prepared for lunch. I was thinking on beginning a cruise to the beaches and Newport some time around 1:00. We can return to my house for a dinner cookout or stop on the road.

Once everyone is together we can choose our travel route etc.

If anyone would like to bring Drinks, food etc, thats fine. We are still waiting on a head count at this time.

Do we have anyone staying overnight who may need to make motel/hotel reservations? If so I can make recommendations. If anyone needs help with that just let me or Fred know.

Holson from 300CD to CLK55? Nice :) I'll be there with the W115, took the day off of work as well. I can bring some meat/sauasages for the grill there, see all the different cars. My W115 is a completely different beast than the 123's, can't wait to show her off!

Two cars with me. My SDL, with me and my dad, and either an E300D or an S600 with my friend. Leaning towards the S600 at this time.

As far as people go - I am pretty sure it is just me, myself, and I attending.

As far as to which vehicle will make the trip is still up in the air. I would really like to bring the Frybrid SDL - but (for numerous other reasons) it may be 'The Burb'
