2006 E320 Cdi
20006 E320 CDI. 18,000 miles. Showroom condition, $44,000. I looked at one today, the guy wouldn't go lower than $44,000. Deal or no deal? What is this car worth?

Quite frankly I am suprised that it is not listed for at least $48K. Sounds like a secent deal, but then at the same time I am very skeptical onewer Merc for quality.

No deal. These were being discounted heavily as of a month ago. A brand new one with midline options could be had for $48K, a good $6K off sticker.

In Georgia that would be a good deal because on a private party deal you have no sales tax. I did not realize they had that big of rebates on these Mercedes. Even with that Mercedes has had a much better year then the Chrysler group. Though I am sure there is a lot of Euro deals in that. However I still see some 2006 on dealer lots. I would see what I could negotiate there first!
