SLS fluid hoses

Hydraulic fluid for the SLS in my 1980 MBZ 300td is leaking. Is there somewhere I can find a diagram of the hoses for this? Leak is by the driver's side rear tire and maybe also near the reservoir.

In other news, I need a tire jack--is there a specific one I need for this car?
