Guide rods w125

So I recently received my god rods Lemfoerder 126 330 11 35 and I notice one of the translucent seals around the shaft the retaining ring isn’t on properly. I also can move the shaft with my hands if I give a bit of strength. Compared to the other it’s not possible , maybe if I had it in a vice. Should I return it if the shaft is able to be moved by hand?

They will be going on a W126 300SD I know the title says 125 my small phone keyboard I apologize.

Also what’s the difference between the part numbers ending with 11 35 (the ones I have) vs 13 35? I believe the 13 35 hascadmium plated hardware and gold around the bushing, Which I read are better quality. Can someone let me know. I’ll be doing the work myself as a learning experience so I will be able to take them apart again if need be BUT I’d prefer not to .
