300ce in Virginia for sale
I have a 89 300CE I had purchased several years back. I had either intended to fix the car or just to use the parts to help refurbish my 300e, but such plans went to the wind when I purchased a 00 E55 and even further when i bought a 87 2.3-16v as a sort of a track project. I have finally come to terms with parting with her (despite her lovely red color..lol), either as a whole car to someone with a bit more free time and garage space than me or for parts. I really would like to sell whole just for the fact I need the room. I am very open to discussion on price if you want it. The car is located in southern VA near martinsville a bit south of roanoke. If no one is interested I suppose I will have to begin parting her out. Well....any questions are welcome either on this forum or to turnipbenz@hotmail.com.
Despite wanting to sell it whole I will sell parts off of it.... You can view pictures of this car at http://photos.yahoo.com/turnip_benz |

Follow up for anyone interested
Here is a little more info on the car if anyone is interested. No, now it doesn't run, i had removed the camshaft and rockers to put in my 300e, but prior to that yes, I drove it to where it was parked off the trailer(it squealed though due to the radiator and pulleys being smashed together). It was involved in a t-bone accident, everything is busted up to the pulleys on the engine(so everything in front of that is damaged fairly bad except for a few things here and there like the headlight wiper motors etc.....it cracked several pulleys, but everything back from that is fine(i imagine the motor mounts are bent on some level if it hit the engine hard enough to damage the pulleys, but i'm not sure) There are some small scratches on the drivers door and rear bumper on the drivers side.......they happened when i bought the car...some idiot scraped it against another car at the auction moving it after it was bought. I would consider the front end bad in my opinion....the hood was still attached when i got it but now it just sits atop the engine.....I have a salvage title for the car and have another gutted w124 e320 that could have the front cut off of it and put on the car provided a body shop still would need to probably straighten everything back out after welding....these were my plans but I have just run out of space and time
