i need help with value of a 300d turbo 85

I have not decided firmly to sell yet, but I am looking for opinions of the possible value of this car:

85 300d turbo automatic, 175K estimate, 3 owners. wi and fl, now in fl for 12+ years
very rough and rusted body due to years next to ocean - not a single body pannel or door is good.
interior rough except that dash is near perfect and free of cracks
tires good

suspension, brake pads, motor mounts, 2 window regs, general electric in need of attention

motor is excellent - fires up like new after glow plug finishes

trans ok, car is drivable, accelerates very quickly

all glass good

Rusted out Hulk with beat interior. $500 parts car.

A parts car, at best. The local MB indy pays $300 max for these cars.
