1987 300SDL

Hey guys , looking for a good home for my 87 300SDL. I have attached a few pics and the craigslist ad is attached with all the info. Let me know if you have any questions. Would prefer it to go to one of you guys, it is a great car. Located in Houston Tx.

I saw your car when i was running "allofcraigs" searches. Houston is such a long ride from Buffalo. I am really liking the early SD's!

Question though, what type of milage do you get with these big S sedans?

I'm sure if you are light footed and stay under 70 with the cruise on you can probably achieve close to 25 on a good day. However I tend to have a heavy foot so I dont even bother calculating my MPG. It does a hell of alot better then my supercharged Jaguar.

Around 70-75 with mostly highway I average 23-28. I have squeaked out 30 once(all highway 65 mph with cruise)

I would but the car has been sold....to a member, which makes me very pleased. Will the new owner reveal himself ?

Dang, who made off with that fine piece of S-class or no classness?

All I know is whoever it is has decided to fly out and pick it up on April fools to coincide with a visit to friends in Austin.

It is a sickness. Everytime I try and widdle down, I go and make offers on things I shouldn't.
