Los Angeles Area: Cold AC Drives Good Mercedes Benz 1999 E320 Minor work

Private Seller. Brought to friends workplace to get a wash. (He works in Infiniti)

1999 Mercedes E320 Green/Beige. 190k miles

still drives good. has minor issues but easy fix.

Cosmetic 6.5/10 - clear coat fading and coming out. minor dings, scratches and dents.
Interior 7/10 - still looks good, normal wear and tear, cup holding not functioning properly
Engine - 8/10 - Still drives good. rattling from loose heat shield that can be tightened easily

The issues that I know of:
two rear windows need window regulator replaced.
rattling sound from heat shield. may be cat converter heat shield.
May need to be repainted.
AC works good, but controller is not working properly, blowing at one speed. may be fuse problem.

3000, no low ballers please.
