mixed feelings about parting with my euro 300d

I'm kind of in a transitionary phase at the moment with starting a new job, and freeing up space. I'm considering offering my '80 euro 300d 4 speed manual for sale (non A/C)...and I know this is probably something I'll kick myself for. I originally bought this car to make it my weekender, but my wife fell in love with our '78 coupe, so I'm going to invest most of my free time bringing that car back to its former glory.

I've had this for about 18-mos now, and it has clocked slightly under 207k, and has had all major maintence items addressed. Its a CA car, and has lived in San Diego most of its life. Paint is OK (showing some age, and looks like the front passenger fender has been repainted at some point), but it has absolutely no rust (slight oxidation bubble by the trunk badge, but this is purely cosmetic). The interior is immaculate and the dash is crack free. The car has been mostly garaged. There are a few dings/dents from the P.O. Most notable, is one on the front bumper, and another smaller one on the back under the bumper. Don't know if they backed into something or what. Car has clear CA title though.

Here is is the work that's been done to it (can't remember exact dates, but I have receipts for all work done by the indy):

Most recently - mounted powder coated Ronal R9 ET23 onto Sumitomo 215/60 and includes German wheel locks w/key.
During early 2012 - full clutch kit (MBZ motors, Winnetka, CA)
Late 2011 - New clutch slave (myself)
In 2011 - timing chain & tensioner & adjust valves (MBZ Motors)
Early 2011 - upper & lower oil cooler lines (myself)

oil changes every 2,500k, plus routine diesel purges. I've run a mixuture of bio diesel on it, usually around b50 or so.

I'm sure there's a few more things that will come to mind, but I can't remember at this time. If no one bites the reel, that will be my reason to hold onto it. Asking $4700. I'll post pics shortly...
Thanks!

One last thing...

Forgot to mention it has a new radiator & an electric fan (in lieu of the fan on w/p pulley), along with new shocks. Also has a rebuilt power steering box. These were all done by the P.O.

A few things to do on it:

1. Needs a new hood pad
2. Sometimes there is slight clunk from the rear muffler; seems like its the hangers. Most notable when you drive over a speed bump.
3. Green coolant...yes, I know. I've been meaning to change it to some MB stuff but it just hasn't been on the top of my priorty list.
4. Should have brake fluid flushed. I noticed its getting dark.

Thanks!

Open to offers reasonable offers...

I will also consider selling it with more traditional set-up if that's more appealing to some at the low $4k range...I have a set of silver 14x6 bundts, but the paint is not that great on them, and I have no tires on them currently so buyer would need to arrange the tires (car originally came with 14x5.5 steelies, but I no longer have these).

Otherwise car will go into storage in my parent's garage until next year...

Thanks!

Thanks gator & MTU...

Just an FYI, if a forum member is interested I'll definitely work with you on price to help cover shipping. I'm not really desperate to sell it and must say this is one of the better W123s I've had. If my wife didn't take such an interest in the old coupe, this would be the one I'd keep.

Car's now on eBay also:
