1987 Mercedes 300TDT 300TD Turbo Diesel Station Wagon.
Very smooth and powerful 6 Cylinder Turbo Diesel.
209k Miles (Pretty low miles for this car!They sometimes make it to 500k miles and above!)
Car runs great!
Brand New Cylinder Head Installed last fall.
Rebuilt head with full valve job,valve stem seals,valve guides etc.
Old bad head with cam,valves, prechambers etc will be included in sale.

And yes this is a #14 head! .....

Yet I have owned 5 MB cars with the OM603 motor and #14 head over the years.

3 87 300D Turbos
1 300 SDL
1 300TDT wagon

and yet only 1 car had a head issue.

So personally I think the #14 head scare is very much overblown & hyped!

Really hate to sell this car as I love it and could use it in my stable! In fact I have a German Market VW TDI PD140 BKD 2.0l 16V Vanagon Syncro engine swap with complete custom wiring harness for sale too & if that sells first I will gladly keep this car!... But something needs to go as I need to liquidate a bit to raise capital.
