I have owned this beautiful coupe for the last 29 years, I'm the 2nd owner. it is a factory 4 speed car in 735 Silver, with blue leather. It shows 98K miles but the first 66K of these were kilometers..[the speedo shop set the new speedo with the original mileage that the Euro speedo had when I had it changed when it came from Germany..] I have the Euro parts and headlights and they will go with the car upon sale. This car needs nothing.
It is very fast and in extremely good condition. This car looks and runs like a one year old MBZ that was owned by the president of the MB Owner's Club. It has only spent a few nights outside [with a cover] when it was on an infrequent trip and I had to park it at a motel.
It has had the required DOT modifications to make it legal in the US, It has had none of the EPA mods that would be required for it to pass emissions testing in states that require testing. I have it in Central Coast California now and it is legally registered in Idaho where I have a second home. One of my favorite cars, I just need to thin my herd. I have lots of photos, I can send.
