How did you guess? These guys are masters in tractor pulling in addition to "slightly" modifying and rubber burning with Mercs.

Some pictures in following thread, forget the lingo, just enjoy the pics: http://mersuforum.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9396&start=0

In the first picture ( shelf, up right ) you see a sample of 400 medals in tractor pulling.

For gsxr: Do not get carried away, after you go this route and show some smoke to the boys of Idaho, this disease is irreversible...

Hand made in Finland.

Oh wow - I've seen that thread before. Do you have any performance data from that car? Times from 0-100km/h, 0-200km/h, etc? And was that the stock diff that blew up in the last photos? Sure wish I could read some of that... I'd like to get some tips!

Yes, it was, things do happen. Another teaser from Finland, just to confuse the teens in their nice tuned riceburners: http://forums.tdiclub.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=769078&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=21&fpart=1

Right click etc.

Yes, it is Diesel.

Looks like he may need to upgrade to the V8 rear subframe, and the stronger R129 type differential. That should handle the power easily. Might as well make it limited-slip too, which would help put the power to the pavement.

;)

Kudos, to the 60x engine series. ;)

BTW, the video from the first link is inactive. I would like to see it, but according to my browser the file is non-existant.

Thanks.

Power is not the problem for transmission line, it is the TORQUE that kills. These engines top 565 lbft@3900 rpm
