560 SEL too much roll and lousy headlights

I recently changed from an 82 Euro 500SEL to an 89 560 SEl with more than 100K lower miles. However, the 560 rolls too much for my taste. How can I tighten it upa bit without too much pain?

I'm also hunting for some way to upgrade the anemic headlights. Any suggestions?
