Wow that looks like one fast m103 :) .
Roman, what is the ignition setup on that m103 ? I see you've removed the distributor, are you running 6 cyl. coil pack with 3 ignitors (VB921 ? ) or EDIS-6 , also how much ignition advance are you running @ 0.5 and 0.9 bars ? |

We have working allmost a year to find out how to modification to handle more power and now it handle 700hp but we will try 1000hp soon when my car is reary to fight:) We realy hope for 1000hp We even woking on Transbreak right now and will try it very soon. But it was a lot of work to find the way and sorry I can not tell you what parts we useand how to modifide them. When we done with all our test we start selling trannys and even rebuild tranny for the clients. One thing i can tell you that I never thought that aiutomatic tranny could be so funny to driva, much better then manuel and drivetrain handle much more power with automatic tranny too, much more! I will convert back to autotranny on my car too:D |
Great movie!:D Love your work and the amazing cars you have helped come alive. That is turbopower!
I am about to put the m103 engine from a 300TE into my 190E. Just need to find out what to do with the exhaust and get the shorter driveshaft to the gearbox from a 190E 2.6. I plan on switching to EFI some time, and can see you have achieved great things with MS. I understand a fully sequential injection setup gives lower fuel consumption. Does MS support fully sequential injecton and ignition on 6 sylinders? What did you have to do to use E85, other than mapping? Thank you! Hilsen fra Norge |
Yestarday we was at the Dyno with our S2!
We tuned it for 3bar (42psi) On the way we blew intake manifold gasket so at the Dyno we could not get more then 2,6bar (36psi) so the results we got: http://img29.imageshack.us/img29/1904/dsc01038e.jpg http://img12.imageshack.us/img12/8941/dsc009451111.jpg http://img14.imageshack.us/img14/8784/dsc00947w.jpg http://img34.imageshack.us/img34/978...ll1enginea.jpg http://img193.imageshack.us/img193/2...ull2engine.jpg |

Hi Roman, did you need to upgrade the driveshaft, flexdiscs etc on that 300CE to handle the power?
Can you please PM me a price for a 300CE LSD? |

Even twinentry manifold and our new angle of the compressorwings of the turbochargers makes power curve much softer and making the drivetrain handle much more power! We going to update LSD prices on the homesite very soon. Just waiting for the prices of the parts we going to use |
Mercedes special parts updates in our webshop!
